Prof. Lovelock is a widely recognized as pioneer in Service Management. Prof. Lovelock has been working with service companies, public agencies, and non-profit organisations in various industries, and presenting seminars in all continents in the world.
He is a professor from Yale since 2000 who previously taught in Harvard Business School for 11 years and also has taught as guest lecturer in Berkeley, IMD, INSEAD, MIT, Standford, and Queensland University.
His researches and teachings are very important in creating service value; understanding consumer experiences, integrating marketing, operational, and human resources; process of service internationalisation; and strategy to achieve service leadership.
Prof. Lovelock is the award-winning writer who authors and co-authors a great number of service books, 60 articles, and more than 100 teaching cases. His works has been translated into 11 languages. Recently Prof. Lovelock also won award of the “European Case of the Year” from Business Week.
